Biography Highlight

Yang Tiejun, male, Han nationality, was born in 1955, and graduated from Changchun Post and Telecommunication Institute (this institue was merged into Jilin University's College of Computer Science and Technology in 2001). He spent his career with the State Intellectual Property Office, where he served as director of the examination administration department and secretary-general. He was appointed vice-commissioner there in 2006.
