Biography

Yang Jinshan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xi County, Henan Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force in 1969 and joined the CPC in 1972. He was Head of Armament Department of Chengdu Military Region of PLA from 2007 to 2009. In 2009 he became Commander-in-Chief of Tibet Military Region. In November 2012, he was elected as Member of 18th CPC Central Committee.

Yang Jinshan was deputy commander of the Chengdu Military Area Command PLA. He was expelled from the Communist Party of China for serious disciplinary violations in 2014.
