Biography Highlight

Yang Guoqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Taibei, Taiwan province. He was born in 1936, and studied at Beijing Medical University. Yang began his career as director of the Beijing Municipal Office for Overseas Chinese in 1996. He has served on the 4th-6th councils of the All-China Federation of Taiwan Compatriots.
