Biography
Xu Dunxin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yangzhou, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1934. Xu spent most of his career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, where he served as vice-minister until 1993. In 1998 he was elected vice-chairman of the Song Qingling Foundation.
