Biography Highlight

Wen Haiying, female, Han nationality, is a native of Shuangcheng, Heilongjiang province. She was born in 1950, joined the CPC, and received a master's degree from the Central Party School. She is currently serving as vice-governor of the Anhui provincial government. She began working at the Ministry of Personnel in 1988, and became director of the general office in 2001. Wen was an executive member of the 8th All China Women's Federation.
