Biography Highlight

Wel Fenghe, male Han nationality, is a native of Chiping County, Liaocheng City of Shandong Province. He was born in 1954, started to work and joined the CPC in 1970. He is an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Committee, Chief of Staff of the PLA Second Artillery Forces, and a Lieutenant General in the PLA. Wei holds a post-graduate degree.
