Biography

Wang Zhongfu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Anhua, Hunan Province. He was born in 1941, and graduated from the Changsha Institute of Railway Construction.

Wang held the position of Chairman of the Changsha City Construction Commission in the early part of his career, and in 1994 he became Director of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.

Wang Zhongfu is a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
