Biography
Wang Yumin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fuyu County, Jilin Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1972, and joined the CPC in 1986, graduated from Northwest Dianli University (Jilin Electronic Power Institute) in 1978 with a Bachelor Degree, and from Wuhan Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering Institute with a Master Degree in 1995. From 2004 to 3013, he was Vice-Chairman of State Electricity Regulatory Commission. From 2013 to 2015 he was Deputy Director, National Energy Administration.
