Wang Xuejun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Nanpi County, Hebei province. He was born in 1952, joined the CPC in 1975, and attended the graduate school of the Party school of the CPC Central Committee. Wang held leading positions in Cang county of his native Hebei province, where he served as vice-mayor until 1994. In 2004, he was elected director of the State Letters and Complaints Bureau. He was an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and Deputy Secretary-General of the State Council.
