Wang Tianpu, male, Han nationality, was born in 1962, graduated from Qingdao Chemical Institute, obtained a M.B.A. degree from Dalian Polytechnic University, and received a doctorate from Zhejiang University in 2003. He is a senior engineer and he has extensive experience in the management of the petrochemical industry. He was elected president of the Sinopec Corporation in 2005.
