Wang Fucheng, male, Han nationality, was born in 1950, and graduated from Shandong Normal University. Wang is a senior economist with over thirty years experience in China's oil and gas industry. He worked in the oil fields of Shengli, Zhongyuan and Liaohe. He was elected vice-president of the PetroChina Company in 2000.
