Biography
Wan Xueyuan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huanggang, Hubei Province. He was born in 1941, joined the CPC in 1961 and graduated from Jiaotong University.
Wan spent most of his career in CPC leadership roles in Shanghai before becoming vice-governor of Zhejiang Province in 1993. In 1997, he was appointed director of the Stated Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs.
Wan was a delegate to the 8th and 9th NPCs.
