Biography

Tu Yourui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Batang, Sichuan Province. He was born in 1932, graduated from Beijing Railway Institute and joined the CPC in 1978.

Tu spent most of his career working for the Jiamusi and Harbin railways, both as an engineer and in management. In 1984, he became chief engineer of the Ministry of Railways. Later, he became vice-governor of the State Development Bank.

Tu was a deputy to the 8th NPC.
