Biography
Tian Lipu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hebei province. He was born in 1953, graduated from the Institute of Light Industry in Tianjin, and graduated from the China University of Science and Technology in 1981. He joined the State Intellectual Property Office in 1979, and became director in 2005.
He became a member of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in 2007.
