Biography
Tang Xiaoqing, female, Han nationality, is a native of Harbin city, Heilongjiang Province. She is a received a doctorate of engineering from University of Manchester.
Tang spent her entire career in education, teaching engineering at the Beijing Aeronautics Institute and other prestigious aeronautics institutions. She now serves as vice president of Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics.
