Tang Guozhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force in 1968, and joined the CPC in 1974. From 2005 to 2006, he was Director of Publicity Department of CPC Fujian Provincial Committee. Since 2012, he is Deputy Director of CPPCC Provincial Committee of Guangdong Province.
