Sun Zhiqiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Rushan, Shandong province. He was born in 1944, joined the PLA in 1970, and was promoted to the rank of lieutenant general in 2001. Sun was elected deputy director of the General Logistics Department in 1999.
Sun is a member of the 16th CPC Central Committee.
