Biography Highlight

Sun Xiaoxi, male, is of Han nationality. He was born in 1953, studied at the Shandong Dongying East China Petroleum Institute, and completed graduate studies at the Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. Sun began his career at the State Development Planning Commission in the mid-1980s, and became director of the comprehensive department in 1999.
