Sun Wei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Penglai City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1961, entered the work force in 1977, and graduated from Beijing University in 1983. From 2004 to 2011, he was Deputy Secretary General of National People's Congress (NPC) Standing Committee and Director of Office for NPC Chairman. Since March 2011, he is Vice Governor of Shandong Provincial People’s Government, Shandong Province.
