Biography

Sheng Guangzu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiangning County, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1949, entered the work force in 1968, and he is a member of the CPC. He served as deputy director of the General Administration of Customs from 2000-2008.

He was a member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and director of the General Administration of Customs. He served as Minister of the Ministry of Railways and Secretary of its Leading Party Group from 2011 to 2013.
