Ren Zhengxiao, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1959, and joined the CPC. He is a postgraduate and senior economist. Ren served as deputy magistrate of Hengnan county. Subsequently he served as director of the Hunan Provincial Grain Administration and secretary of its leading Party members group. He was elected Deputy Director of the State Grain Administration in 2001.
