Biography

Qin Yinhe, male, Han nationality, is a native of County Baofeng, Henan Province. He was born in 1951, joined PLA in 1968 and graduate from Third Military Medical University. In 2000, he became Vice president of People's Liberation Army General Hospital, in 2004, he successfully hold position of president of People's Liberation Army General Hospital. In 2007, He was promoted to deputy director, general logistics department. He is the alternate member of 17th CPC Central Committee. He also attained the major-general rank.
