Biography
Qin Dewen, male, Han nationality, is a native of Quanjiao, Anhui Province. He was born in November, 1942, began work in 1968, and joined the CPC in 1972.
Qin spent the early part of his career with the Provincial Cultivation Bureau of Longkang Farm, serving as director and assistant Party secretary. He also served as assistant secretary of the leading Party group of the Provincial Cultivation Corporation. He subsequently moved to Fuyang prefecture, where he served as commissioner. In 1993, Qin became Party secretary of Fuyang prefecture.
Qin Dewen was a member of the 8th NPC and the 9th CPPCC and a delegate to the 15th and 16th CPC National Congresses.
