Biography
Qian Zhi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghe County, Shandong province. He was born in 1956, joined the CPC in 1985, and graduated from Fudan University. Qian held leading Party posts in the Hami, Hui, and Tacheng prefectures of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. He currently serves as vice-president of the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Regional Government.
