Biography

Qian Changzhao, male, Han nationality was born in 1899 and died on 1988. He graduated from London of England in 1924. Mr. Qian was vice-chairman of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang, served as secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1928 to 1929, and was senior vice-minister of Education from 1930 to 1932.

He was also Vice-Chairman of the 7th CPPCC National Committee.
