Biography Highlight

Ouyang Yin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pengze, Jiangxi province. He was born in 1940, and graduated from Chemistry Department of Jiangxi University. He is a senior engineer. Ouyang served in the Petrochemistry Industry Bureau of Heilongjiang province as vice-chief engineer until 1997. In that same year he served as president of the Industry and Commerce Association of the province. In 1998 he was elected vice-president of the Heilongjiang CPPCC Provincial Committee.
