Biography Highlight

Ouyang Jian, male, Bai Nationality, was born in 1957 and is a native of Jianchuan of Yunnan Province. He entered the work force in 1974, graduated from Yunnan University in 1982. He has a Masters Degree of Economics and joined the CPC in 1986. He served as Vice-Minister and Deputy Secretary of Leading Party Members Group of the Ministry of Culture from 2008 - 2011. He is now Deputy Secretary of the CPC Gansu Provincial Committee.
