Biography
Liu Xu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fuzhou, Fujian Province. He was born in 1960 and graduated from Fuzhou University.
Lu spent his entire career in computing. He began as an assistant lecturer in the Computer Science Department of Fuzhou University. He later became an assistant research fellow at the Institute of Mathematics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 1993, he left academia to become senior chief engineer of the Software Department of Wanda Computer Co. Ltd. He left Wanda in 1998 to become president of Beijing Rising Technology Co. Ltd.
