Lu Xinhua, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhejiang province. He was born in 1951, and graduated from Hangzhou University. Lu has served as ambassador of China to Finland and as second secretary to the Chinese Mission to the United Nations. He was vice-minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 2003-2006.
