Biography Highlight

Liu Zhenwei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pucheng County, Shannxi Province. He was born in 1956 and entered the work force 1972. Liu graduated from Party School of CPC Central Committee and held a Postgraduate Degree. He was Deputy Secretary-General of 10th NPC. Currently, he is a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee and Vice-Chairman of the 11th NPC Agricultural and Rural Affairs Committee.
