Biography Highlight

Liu Zhenqi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huanghua City, Heibei Province. He was born in 1946 and joined the CPC in 1966. He graduated from Beijing University of Technology in 1965 and joined the PLA in 1970. He was entitled air force general in 2008, and in 2007, he became an alternate member of 17th CPC Central Committee.
