Biography

Liu Xirong, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from Zhejiang Agricultural University in 1968. Liu held leading positions in Zhejiang province, where he served as mayor of the Wenzhou City People's Government until 1991. Subsequently, he was elected a member of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection of the 15th National Congress, and served until 2002.
