Biography
Liu Xiaofeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chengdu City, Sichuan province. He joined the Chinese Peasants and Workers Democratic Party in 1995, and graduated from the Chongqing Institute of Communications. He is a senior engineer.
Liu held leading posts at the Sichuan Traffic Office, where he served as vice chief until 2002. He was elected vice- governor of the People's Government of Sichuan province in 2002.
Liu Xiaofeng was a deputy to the 9th NPC.
