Biography Highlight

Liu Tienan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing Municipality. He was born in 1954, joined the CPC in 1976. He was Vice Director of Office for State Revitalize Old Industrial Bases in Northeast China Leading Group from 2006 to 2008. Since 2008, he serves as Vice Director of National Development and Reform Commission. From 2011, he is Director, National Energy Administration.
