Biography Highlight

Liu Shiquan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dayi County Hubei Province. He was born in 1963 and joined the CPC in 1985. He started to work at 1982. He graduated from Centre China University of Science and Technology with his Master Degree. He is a specialist of Ground—ground missile. He was an alternate member of 16th and is an alternate member of the 17th CPC Central Committee. He was awarded with the National May Day Labor Medal and National Advanced Worker. In 2004, he was honored Young Scientists Award.
