Biography
Liu Shanbi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wuhan, Hubei Province. He was born in 1941, and graduated from the Mathematics Department of Wuhan University. Liu is a member of CPC, and a senior economist.
Liu has been active in the CPC committees of Wuhan for over twenty years. He has been a member of the 6th, 7th and 8th standing committees of the Wuhan Provincial CPC Committee. Liu currently works as chairman and secretary of the leading party group of the 9th Wuhan Municipal CPPCC Committee.
