Biography
Liu Liqing, male, Han nationality. Liu was born in 1940, graduated from the Beijing Institute of Posts and Telecommunications and joined the CPC in 1979.
Liu became deputy director of the general office of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications in 1996. He also served as vice-minister of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications and in various party leadership roles within the Ministry.
Liu served as the Director of the State Post Bureau from 1998 to 2003. He is currently a Vice-Chairman of the Subcommittee of Economy of the CPPCC National Committee.
