Biography
Liu Hui, female, Hui nationality, is a native of Tianjin City. She was born in 1959 and joined the CPC in 1985. She attended the graduate school of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee. She was a member of standing committee of CPC Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region and Vice-Chairman of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region People's Government and an alternate member of 17th CPC Central Committee.
She is now an Alternate Member of the 18th CPC Central Committee and she served as Chairman of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region from 2013 to 2016.
