Biography
Liu Hongma, female, Han nationality, is a native of Guiyang, Guizhou province. She was born in 1947, attended Lanzhou University, and became a professor. She is a member of the Jiu San Society. Liu has enjoyed a successful career as an academic. She became vice-president of Guizhou Normal University in 1994, and chairman of the Guizhou Provincial Committee of the Jiusan Society in 2001, serving until 2003. Liu Hongma was a member of the 9th CPPCC.
