Biography
Lin Yinghai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Taiqian, Henan Province. Lin was born in 1932, joined the CPC in 1954 and graduated from Beijing Normal University.
Lin served as deputy secretary of the general Party branch of Beijing Normal University. He also held several Party leadership positions in Henan Province. In 1990, he became deputy secretary of the CPC Henan Provincial Committee.
Lin was a member of the 9th CPPCC National Committee and a delegate to the 15th CPC National Congress.
