Biography Highlight

Lin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Laiwu, Shandong Province. He was born in 1958 and joined the CPC. Lin spent his entire career in the oil industry. In 1989, he was named chief of the Technology Department of Shengli Oil Refining Factory of Qilu Petrochemical Corporation. Four years later he was named deputy director of the factory. He left Qilu Petrochemical in 1996 to join West Pacific Petrochemical Corporation. He was named general manager of West Pacific Petrochemical in 1998.
