Liang Chaoran, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qinxi, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was born in 1936 and graduated from the Chinese Department of Guangxi Normal College. He is a professor. He served as vice-chairman of the Guangxi chapter of the Democratic League until 1993. He is vice-chairman of the Guangxi Zhuang Regional CPPCC Committee.
