Liang Baohua, Han nationality, was born in 1945 and is a native of Yichun, Jiangxi Province. He graduated from Fudan University in 1968. He Joined the CPC in 1965 and was an alternate member of the 16th CPC Central Committee. He also served as governor of Jiangsu Province from 2003 - 2007.
