Li Yang, born in 1951, male, Han nationality, he is a native of County Huaiyuan, Anhui Province. He was a professor at Anhui University and then became a researcher at the Economic Research Institute of Finance and Trade Office of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences. Later, he was successively deputy director and director of the Finance and Trade. In 2009, he became deputy director of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
