Li XiMing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Pingdu, Shandong province. He was born in 1942, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from the Northeastern Forestry Institute. He is a professor. Li held leading Party posts at the institute, including deputy secretary of the CPC committee until 1984. He is currently deputy director of the standing committee of the National People's Congress of Heilongjiang Province.
