Li Xiaopeng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Chengdu, Sichuan province. He was born in 1959, joined the CPC in 1985 and graduated from the North China Institute of Electric Power specializing in power plants and power systems. He is a senior engineer.
He is currently vice-president of the State Power Corporation.
