Biography Highlight

Li Jiheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Guigang City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He was born in 1957, studied at Guangxi University, and started to work in 1979. He is a postgraduate of the Party school and a senior economist. Li has held leading government posts in Pingnan county and Guiping county. In the mid-1990s, he served as secretary of the CPC committees of Yulin city and Nanning city. In 2001 he was elected chairman of the standing committee of the Nanning City People's Congress.
