Li Chongxi, male, Han nationality. He was born in 1951, joined the CPC in 1975, and graduated from Southwest Finance and Economics University. Li served as deputy director of the Sichuan Provincial Discipline Inspection Commission until 1992. He was deputy secretary of the Sichuan Provincial CPC Committee.
