Biography

Huang Yiyun, male, Han nationality, is a native of Fuqing, Fujian province. He was born in 1942, and joined the CPC in 1969. Huang is a university graduate. Huang held leading posts in the Chongwen district of Beijing, where he served as secretary of the CPC committee until 2001. He served as vice-chairman and deputy secretary of the leading Party group of the CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee until 2003.
