Biography Highlight

Huang Xianzhong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanxian County, Shandong province. He was born in 1945 and graduated from Harbin Military Engineering Institute of the Chinese PLA, Department of Missile Engineering. He holds the rank of General. He was elected as a member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection by the 16th CPC National Congress and is a current member of the 17th CPC Central Committee. General Huang is also a delegate to the 11th National People’s Congress. In 2011, he became Vice-Chairman of the 11th NPC Environmental and Resources Protection Committee.
